At Thirsty Cow Biltong, we’re passionate about keeping it simple —
quality beef, traditional methods, and real flavour.
Every batch is made fresh to order using locally sourced Australian beef. Each cut is marinated for over 24 hours, and then air-dried slowly to bring out a deep, rich flavour and perfect texture.
What started as a small home project has grown into a love for sharing biltong with Perth locals. We don’t rush the process or use shortcuts — just honest ingredients, time, and care in every piece.
