At Thirsty Cow Biltong, we’re passionate about keeping it simple —
quality beef, traditional methods, and real flavour.

Every batch is made fresh to order using locally sourced Australian beef. Each cut is marinated for over 24 hours, and then air-dried slowly to bring out a deep, rich flavour and perfect texture.

What started as a small home project has grown into a love for sharing biltong with Perth locals. We don’t rush the process or use shortcuts — just honest ingredients, time, and care in every piece.

1. What is Biltong? 
Biltong is a traditional South African Dried beef snack. Our version is air-dried, made from 100% Australian beef, and seasoned with a blend of natural spices. 

2.How long does it take to receive my order?
We make all our biltong fresh to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared and delivered.

3. Where do you deliver?
At the moment, we only deliver within the Perth area to ensure freshness.

4. What type of beef do you use?
We proudly use 100% locally sourced Australian beef, hand-cut and marinated for over 24 hours before being slowly dried for that perfect flavour and texture.

5. How should I store my biltong?
Keep your biltong refrigerated. Once opened, store in an airtight container to prevent your biltong from drying out.

For the best taste, consume it within a week of opening.

6. Can I place a bulk or custom order?
